the Right Time and Cost
The Twelfth SPAWAR Industry Conference
25-26 September, 2007
This year’s theme for the 12th
annual “Naval NETWAR FORCEnet Enterprise and Industry Conference”
formerly known as the “SPAWAR Industry Conference,” is NNFE &
Industry: Delivering C5ISR, Space and Business Capabilities at the
Right Time and Cost.
For the third consecutive year, the Program
Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers,
Intelligence (C4I) and the Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM)
will join SPAWAR and the National Defense Industrial
Association San Diego Chapter in presenting the conference that has
grown be the major West Coast symposium for discussing
joint C5ISR - Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat
Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance - issues
facing the warfighter.
Senior officials from these commands will share their perspective on
how the Naval NETWAR FORCEnet Enterprise (NNFE) collectively
enhances the delivery of network centric operations to the fleet and
the Joint Warfighter. The NNFE includes NETWARCOM as the
requirements lead, OPNAV (N6) as the resource sponsor and TEAM
SPAWAR (including PEO C4I, PEO Space Systems and PEO Enterprise
Information Systems) as the provider of capability.
The two-day conference will conclude with NDIA San Diego Chapter’s
annual Awards Banquet where the chapter will recognize individuals
who have made extraordinary contributions to the Fleet, the Reserve
and the Guard.
“The NNFE and Industry Conference” will provide a forum for
discussion of acquisition strategies and upcoming business
opportunities for both large and small businesses. This conference
will continue to provide opportunities for networking with senior
government officials and a broad spectrum of industry
representatives.
